Terms of Service

By accessing or using Saucytech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Saucytech provides educational resources, development tools, playbooks, and consulting services designed to help non-developers and indie builders ship software products. This includes but is not limited to: • Interactive playbooks and guides • Development tools (color pickers, coordinate tools, etc.) • Consulting and coaching services • Project management features • Educational content and resources • AI-powered assistance and coaching features Beta Access: • Access to certain features may be limited during beta testing • Invitations and waitlist spots do not guarantee specific access timing • Beta access may include bugs and service interruptions

AI Features & Limitations: • AI assistance is provided through third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) • AI responses are for guidance only and may contain errors • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content • AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription tier • We reserve the right to modify AI features and usage limits • AI conversations may be logged for quality improvement and abuse prevention User Responsibilities for AI Features: • Do not share sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information with AI features • Do not rely solely on AI advice for critical business or technical decisions • Verify all AI-generated code, recommendations, and guidance before implementation • Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse AI systems

Payment Terms: • All payments are processed securely through Stripe • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated Pricing Tiers: • Multiple subscription tiers available with different features and limits • Early adopters receive locked-in pricing for life of active subscription • Pricing may increase for new subscribers as platform grows • 7-day free trial includes full access; no credit card required • Trial converts to free tier if not upgraded Price Changes: • Existing subscribers maintain their pricing tier as long as subscription is active • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers • 30-day notice for any changes to existing subscriber pricing (if applicable) Cancellation: • You may cancel your subscription at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds for partial billing periods • Account may be suspended for unusual usage patterns Consulting Services: • Consulting sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees • Session recordings and materials are for personal use only

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Saucytech shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or technical issues • Actions taken based on our educational content • Results of consulting advice implementation Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. You acknowledge that: • Our educational content is for guidance only • We are not responsible for your business decisions • Technical implementations are your responsibility • Results may vary based on individual circumstances

Saucytech Content: All content, tools, playbooks, and materials provided by Saucytech are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal and commercial projects but may not: • Redistribute or resell our content • Create derivative works for commercial sale • Remove copyright notices or attributions Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content for improving our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service: • For violation of these terms • For non-payment of fees • For fraudulent or illegal activity • At our discretion with reasonable notice Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service ends immediately • We may delete your account and data • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
